Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom storage solutions and made-to-order items are specifically designed and manufactured for your space. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We will work with you to resolve any issues with custom items.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
Refunds will not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.
Installation Services
If you have purchased installation services and are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of installation. We will work with you to address any concerns and may offer a partial refund or re-installation depending on the circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order items (unless defective)
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items without proof of purchase
- Digital products or downloadable materials
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
